SNC Fat Burner Programme
This is a 12 week weight management programme that supports and guides you to achieve your weight loss goals and maintain them. We work with you on a 1:1 basis therefore are able to take into account your health, lifestyle and individual food preferences to devise your individual programme.
You will learn what and how to eat to achieve optimal fat loss and overall health. You will learn which exercises can help you to burn fat and we discuss psychological strategies to help you achieve your goals.
Your body composition will be assessed and monitored throughout the 12 week period.
Programme Structure
You will be asked to fill in a Weight Loss Questionnaire prior to starting the programme
Session 1
A one hour initial consultation. During this time we will assess the results of the weight loss questionnaire and identify which body system imbalances may be contributing to your weight management issues.
During this session you will be introduced to the principles of the SNC Fat Burner Programme
You will receive handouts covering all the information you need.
Sessions 2 -7
This is followed by a further 6 fortnightly 30 minute sessions.
Each week you will cover more information, guidance and support designed to help you stay motivated and on track to achieve your weight loss goals.
At each session you will receive a printout detailing your body composition readings.
E-mail/text support is included throughout the programme.
We do have a 6 week option which includes an initial consultation followed by 3 fortnightly 30 minute sessions. Body composition printouts and e-mail/text support are included.
The Fat burner programme is available in clinic or by Skype or Telephone Consultation.
