1:1 Functional Nutrition Consultations

Initial Consultation £95

Follow up consultation (45 mins) £55

These costs include time for preparation before the first consultation, interpretation of any test results, checks for possible interactions with any medications and e-mailing further handouts.

Fat Burner Programme: £285

This is a 12 week programme and consists of:

1 initial hour long consultation

6 fortnightly 30 minute follow up appointments

Metabolic Balance® 

Initial assessment (30mins) covering full programme details and client suitability is Free of Charge and includes a body composition reading.

There is no obligation to go ahead.

The programme

Initial blood test and generation of the MB® plan from Germany    £275

3 months support consisting of 6 sessions @ £60 each   £360

Session 1 -plan is handed over and explained in detail and 5 further follow up sessions usually @ +1 week, +2 weeks, +4 weeks, +8 weeks, +12 weeks (these can be altered dependant upon client’s individual requirements)

• Full blood chemistry analysis
• Body Composition readings at each session
• Your personalised Metabolic Balance® plan
• 6 consultations over a period of 3 months.
• Unlimited telephone and e-mail support during this period
• Payment by cash/cheque/credit or debit card
